We are hiring Electrical Quality Inspectors to join a client's team in Knightdale! This is a great opportunity to join dynamic organization and start a career! As the Electrical Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting electrical assemblies built by a team of electrical assemblers. The Electrical Quality Inspector will need to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure electrical components are assembled correctly. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports
- Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits
- Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment
- Pack finished products for shipment
- Test product to ensure conformance to specifications
- Build products such as electric motors, computers, electronic control devices, and sensing equipment
- Perform manual assembly during the small-scale production of electronic devices
- Modify electromechanical devices
- Fabricate or modify parts, using shop equipment
- Test functional performance
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:45 PM
Skills:
- Prior work experience with electrical controls and assembly required
- Work with a team
- Experience in production or manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in quality assurance
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
