Electrical Mechanic Maintenance
$25-$35 + Quarterly Bonus
5am-3:30pm Mon-Fri and every other Saturday

As a Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be repairing and installing production/manufacturing equipment. Performing maintenance and repairs on all pneumatic machines and line equipment. You will work independently and communicate with your team to keep all equipment performing properly. Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on electro-mechanical systems, including machinery, controls, and sensors.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Install, align, and calibrate new equipment and components.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Document maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory records.
- Train and provide guidance to junior technicians or operators on equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or technical certification in electro-mechanical technology, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electro-Mechanical Maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, robotics, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment.
- Flexibility to work on-call or in shifts as needed
