An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Uxbridge, West London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building located near Uxbridge Station as part of a 2 person team on site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside a Maintenance Engineer on site, working closely with an apprentice engineer on site.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in Electrical / Mechanical of a commercial office building providing maintenance to all landlord areas. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday - 07:00am to 16:00pm / 08:00am to 17:00pm
Plenty of overtime Available
Key duties & Responsibilities
- \n
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- AHU's / FCU's
- Water Treatment - Tap Temps, Flushing, Log books

Requirements
- \n
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
