ELECTRICAL ENGINEER/MEP
Duties:
- Project Manager wanted to oversee the installation/upgrades of low-voltage electrical systems from start to finish and ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget. Must be an energetic self-starter and able to run with the ball.
- Meet with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop project plans and schedules.
- Responsibilities shall include performing take-offs of drawings, preparing estimates, performing site surveys, attending meetings with customers, and preparing scope of work forms.
- Perform the review of drawings and provide detailed reports to the service personnel.
- Update the status on the scope of work forms, prepare parts needed, monitor the progress and obtain change orders, prepare P&L reports on the projects, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have a verifiable electrical background
- Proven experience in project management
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients, and contractors.
- Excellent computer skills
