Electrical Construction Trainer

As an Electrical Construction Trainer, you'll make a huge impact by educating and training individuals in Electrical Construction. You'll deliver comprehensive training programs, conduct practical exercises, and create a supportive learning environment. We're looking for someone with extensive Electrical Construction experience, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to nurturing talent in the construction industry.

The pay range for this position is $70-90K+ benefits. Our salary ranges are based on experience, education, and level of responsibility. We believe in fair compensation for the skills and experience you bring to the table.

Responsibilities:

• Develop training materials and presentations that meet industry standards.
• Deliver engaging orientation and training sessions on Electrical Construction techniques and safety.
• Coordinate hands-on training to help trainees apply theoretical knowledge effectively.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Electrical Construction methods and safety procedures.
• Mentor trainees, offering career advice and helping them develop technical and soft skills.
• Emphasize and enforce safety protocols during training sessions.
• Advocate for Interstates' core culture and values.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Electrical Construction.
• Solid understanding of Electrical Construction techniques, NEC code, safety procedures, and software tools.
• Previous training or teaching experience is a plus.
• Passionate about supporting individuals in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred.
