SalarySCOPE OF WORK:
Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industry according to construction code.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist electricians by performing tasks under the direct supervision of an electrician actually installing the work and handling the bulk of materials. The employee should keep all materials, tools, and equipment in an orderly fashion and keep the work area clean at all times, demonstrating safe work habits and proper care of tools and equipment.
- Mounting and strapping
- Understands safety requirements; personnel protective equipment and procedures
- Assists in conduit bending and installation
- Assists in mounting and strapping equipment
- Assists hanging rail systems
- Completes any additional job related duties as assigned
