Answer general from public, Overflow signature cures calls - Customer Service, Basic Computer skills.
Start Date: January 8, 2024
Training = 1/8/24 - 1/11/24
Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30a-5:30p (Fri-Sun when needed)
Signature Cure Line - Responsibilities/Skills:
Answer calls from Voters to cure signature - Customer Services, Basic Computer skills
Start Date: January 8, 2024
Training = 1/8/24 - 1/11/24
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30a-5:30p and Saturday 8a-5p
Team Lead Line - Responsibilities/Skills:
Answer calls from team leaders during Early Voting & Early Day - Customer Service skills, Attention to detail, Proficient Computer skills
Start Date: January 16, 2024
Training = 1/16/24 - 1/25/24
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30a-5:30p (Hours are subject to change)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Telephone/Customer Service Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
