The ideal candidate will have Premiere and Captivate/Articulate experience designing and building highly engaging adult learning programs for all aspects of the clinical laboratory business.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for designing and developing eLearning courses to support the organization. Includes maintaining customer relationships, writing content, development, and overseeing deployment of courses. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three (3) years of technical e-Learning experience in training and development, multi-media design, and delivery in a corporate environment.
- Experience using a recognized instructional design method and in all phases of the design, development, implementation, facilitation, measurement, evaluation, and delivery of technical and non-technical programs using appropriate adult learning theories.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in design, e-Learning Technologies, Training & Development, Business Management, Education, Communication, or related field.
- Knowledge of live online technologies and course development for live online delivery.
- Expert in Adobe development tools, to include Captivate and other multimedia development tools.
