Elastic Consultant

Kolter Solutions is seeking an ElasticSearch / OpenSearch Resource!
Location: Remote
Job Description:
3-5+ years experience of the following:

• Elasticsearch stack/ OpenSearch, working with Elasticsearch based architecture, design and development including Kibana
• full stack Java development including building API's, RESTful services using Spring
• various database tools e.g., Hadoop, Oracle, PostgreSQL
• providing ongoing operational and maintenance support for existing systems and applications developed using Elastic Search and Autonomy
• performing application bug fixes, fixes to reports, correction to business rules, and/or assists with completion of scheduled Enterprise Architecture (EA) and infrastructure or software upgrades as needed
• Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy new software that utilizes the Elasticsearch/ OpenSearch cluster architecture
• Strong experience in query languages and writing complex queries with joins and aggregate that deals with a large amount of data.
• Build and manage DevOps automation using Ansible, and Python scripts for ELK and Java services product stack.
• Responsible for end to end Low-level design, development, administration, and delivery of ELK/Java solutions across the organization; closely work with Systems Integrator (SI) in an offshore/onsite model
• Responsible for leading ELK center of excellence - Building common shared services, maintaining common infrastructure and conducting ELK integration governance reviews including Java APIs/services and providing feedback to the application teams
• Troubleshoots complex problems and provide customer support for software systems and application issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors required
• 3-5 years of ELK Engineer Experience
