Ekg Technician

Busy bilingual Cardiology practice looking for motivated Cardiac Stress Test Technologist who will be responsible for assisting our nuclear technologist in cardiac stress testing. Must be able to hook up and monitor 12 lead EKGs; assess patient’s blood pressure, pulse, respirations, and lung sounds; establish peripheral intravenous (IV) access; and maintain written and computer-based patient records with accuracy. Must be a graduate of an approved school and must have American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) certification. Bilingual in Spanish a strong plus. Top candidates will be outgoing, positive, and be able to work as part of a team. We are looking for candidates with at least one year of Cardiovascular Lab or cardiac-related experience, ideally, EMT, paramedic, cardio tech certification, or MA with experience working in Nuclear Cardiology.
