EI&C Project Manager
The Opportunity:
LDIS LLC, a Tetra Tech Company, provides integrated engineering and design solutions for the Energy, Renewables, Water Treatment
and Life Sciences markets.   Today's emphasis on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), and Decarbonization has begun and will
continue to shape the face of the marketplace.  Our team meets these changing needs by being a trusted partner to each of our clients.  
In addition to conventional facility solutions and designs, our projects include Hydrogen Electrolysis & Ammonia Production Facilities,
Renewable Natural Gas Processing, Emissions Reduction Studies, and Carbon Capture and Sequestration.
Your Role:
EI&C Project Managers are typically experienced Engineers, Senior Designers, Construction Managers, or Business Professionals tasked
to manage all aspects of a project(s) from conception to completion. The daily responsibilities include client interaction, team coordination,
overall communication, and reporting of scope, schedule, and budget expectations both externally to the client as well as internally to the
project team. The PM has leadership responsibility and decision-making authority and is ultimately responsible for the success of their project
portfolio. An EI&C Project Manager is a highly technical employee with knowledge of multiple disciplines and can work to mentor junior EI&C
engineers and designers. Integrates all disciplines (engineering, design, procurement, document control, project controls, construction, and QA/QC)
to ensure the project is aligned technically and commercially. This person should be able to support constructability reviews, standardization
and efficiency efforts.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
Project Execution
  EI&C specific project request setups 
  EI&C specific project kickoff meetings
  Project Execution Plans (PEPs) or Client Execution Plans - by client
  Establish scoping documents - either by client or by LDIS PM
          Scope of Work 
          Design Basis - The PM manages the development of the document. Provide
      EI&C detailed input into the project design basis.
Document Control
  Procedurally using document control procedures for sending out all deliverables
Squad Checking - Discipline led 
  Procedurally using squad check procedures for reviews
 
Weekly updates to LDIS staffing spreadsheet
Cost Estimating
  Working with proposal team to complete proposals
  Estimate To Complete (ETC) frequency per project 
  Request For Proposal (RFP)
  ETCs to be updated by E&D teams
Project Schedule
  Provide input and develop project schedule
Span of Control 
  Actively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Weekly or biweekly client reporting
  Make sure all project teams are using the same reporting tools
Cost estimating spreadsheet updated for ETCs and actuals 
  Size or duration dependent
Monthly PM & Management project reviews
  PM / Metric Portal dashboard
  Accountability
  Budget issues
  Schedule issues
  Project issues
  Staffing Issues
  Invoicing issues
   
Assist Project Accounting Closeout
  Profitability snapshot
  Lessons learned
Client Management
  Program Management for larger and / or multiple client's projects
Establish general guidelines for Program v Project Management
  Relationship Manager
Barometer for the client relationships
VP Business Development & Marketing responsibility forward
Unit President
  The EI&C Project Manager (PM) is responsible for client management (strategic)

Qualifications:
Seeking experienced Project Managers with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in a similar role. 
Prefer extensive experience in an EI&C related field.
Project Managers are expected to lead client interface and internally manage multidiscipline project
   execution teams to complete mostly small to medium sized projects of less than $500K in contract value.  
Preferably minimum BS in Engineering or BA in business or similar.
Reports to:
EI&C Manager
Per our company policy, this offer is also contingent on passing a criminal background, drug and alcohol test and education verification
before starting at our company.
Salary Range: $156,000 - $176,800 annually based on education, experience & location.
