Seeking a highly-motivated environmental, health, and safety scientist with 7-10 years experience who is seeking a strong growth-oriented position assisting clients and staff with a variety of environmental, health, and safety compliance and management services. IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL: - Provide on-site environmental, health, and safety services at various sites - Oversee the execution of tasks in a team environment- Develop and implement environmental, health and safety programs - Develop and conduct environmental, health and safety training programs - Evaluate EHS compliance for the purpose of determining regulatory applicability, compliance gaps - Develop roadmaps and assist clients with compliance objectives- On-board clients to our SaaS product- Have opportunities to learn and develop across a vary of roles and disciplinesSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST: - Hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or business management - Have a minimum of 7-10 years of environmental, health and safety experience in a manufacturing setting - Possess strong written and oral communication skills - Be self-driven, motivated and able to work on different types of projects with varying deadlines - Demonstrate management skills in the areas of time, scheduling, projec scopes, project budgets, and communications - Be proficient in Microsoft Office software products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE A PLUS - ISO 14001 and 45001 Management Systemand 45001 Management System - OSHA and State Compliance - Conduct multi-media environmental, health and safety compliance audits of industrial manufacturing and Biopharma operations including pre-audit preparation, facility auditing, and the preparation of clear and concise audit finding reports. - Conduct environmental, health and safety management system conformance audits - Prepare environmental permits and reports such as TIER II, Form R/S, air source registrations, air permitting, industrial wastewater discharge, storm water, and more!
