E-Express Inc. is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Cashier Floaters. As a Cashier Floater, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency across our various convenience/food/gas chain locations in the Oklahoma City Metro, spanning from the south side to the north. This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the flexibility of working in different store settings.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Greet and acknowledge every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Operational Efficiency:

Accurately and efficiently perform transactions on registers.

Maintain cash and media at the registers with precision.

Stay informed about promotions and advertisements.

Flexibility:

Float between different store locations in the Oklahoma City Metro, including the south side to the north.

Adapt to varying work environments and customer needs.

Communication:

Effectively communicate customer requests to management.

Collaborate with associates and maintain clear communication channels.

Administrative Tasks:

Enter all media from registers into the tally program.

Complete all necessary documentation accurately.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain an orderly appearance of the register area.

Ensure supplies are adequately stocked.

Training Program:

Enroll in our comprehensive training program to enhance cashiering skills, product knowledge, and customer service proficiency.

Other Duties:

Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

Requirements:

Ability to process information and merchandise through the register system.

Strong communication skills with both associates and customers.

Proficient reading, counting, and writing abilities for accurate documentation.

Familiarity with operating necessary equipment for the job.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.

Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Immediate availability to start.

Successful completion of a background check.
