In 2014 Phoenix Children’s Hospital launched a 22-bed pediatric unit inside the hospital. Mercy Gilbert opened in 2006 and has been a vital part of the growing community. - Must be able to perform basic neurology procedures; EEG
- Critical thinking skills are evident in providing patient care as demonstrated through direct observation and feedback. Assesses critical care patients and monitors status. Documentation is completed appropriately.
- Assists with Cardiology procedures (EKG, Stress Testing, Muse Editing, etc.) as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum:
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- American Heart Association-issued BLS card
- ABRET
Preferred:
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing EEG's
- 3 years experience performing pediatric EEGs
- 3 years experience performing ambulatory EEGs
- Skilled in EKGs and Stress Tests
