Educational Interpreter: Sign Language (2024-2025 School Year)

Qualifications:

• NJ State Standard Educational Interpreter Certification
• Bachelor Degree required
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

Educational Interpreters who have not obtained their Standard Certification must have taken the Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment test (EIPA) and received a score of 3.0 or higher and must possess or be eligible for a NJ State Emergency Educational Interpreter Certification.
