Kay-Twelve is searching for an Educator who knows an immersive and innovative classroom setting is critical to enhance the learning experience but does not have the authority to drive that change. Our next Education Design Specialist knows they can use their experience and desire to push beyond the status quo curriculum by improving the classroom environment and improving the learning experience. Expectations of the Role – The Difference!

Our Education Design Specialists are self-driven and consultative sales professionals who are former Educators. You will work directly with school systems and administrations. Establishing, building, and improving relationships are always included in a sales role – But you already know that. What makes this role fit the right person is defined by what sets Kay-Twelve apart:

· You will be the Single Point of Contact with our customers. You will control the outcome. We do not “hand-off” our clients.

· You will have a dedicated support team. We understand success cannot be attained by having our Education Design Specialists diving into the weeds.

· Vetted manufacturers of product. Your success is dependent on which manufacturers meet our stringent quality standards and uphold your professional reputation.

Minimum Requirements

· 3 to 5 years of experience as an Educator

· PhD, Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Education or related field

· Previous experience with high level school district administration is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
