POSITION SUMMARY. The Education Audit Administratoris responsible for supporting an institutional audit of student course attendance by reviewing and making recommendations about defined attendance behaviors in the context of company policy. 

What excites you:

• Analyze learning management system data regarding student course attendance.
• Assess student course posts to identify potentially non-qualifying student posts.
• Identify the last date of student attendance with a qualifying student post.
• Review and enter content to Excel documents.
• Manage information, documentation, and reporting in shared tools (i.e., Microsoft Teams).

What excites us:

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• 2+ yrs experience in Higher Education, either as a Teacher, or Recent Grad who is an online learner
• Understanding of online education either as a recent learner or teacher. 
• Interested in Auditing data in learning management system for student course attendance
• Requires exceptional eye for detail/detail oriented and ability ensure accuracy
• Requires strong analytical and a critical thinker skills
• Ability to go with the flow and not afraid to ask questions, provide feedback
• Eager to learn, grow and requires experience to closely follow SOP for training
• Experience with using LMS (learning management systems) Canvas or similar is a plus
• Must have interest and passion for higher education
• Must have experience with Excel (Proficient in entering information, sorting and filtering) and able to manage information, documentation and reporting.
• Ability to make recommendations after reviewing student course attendance
• Proficient with Microsoft suite and Teams.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
