eDiscovery Paralegal/Specialist
Location: San Diego (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite), with options for Irvine, DTLA, Sacramento
Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, etc.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced eDiscovery Paralegal/Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of eDiscovery software experience, with a strong focus on Relativity. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process, advanced knowledge of technology supporting litigation efforts, and familiarity with eDiscovery best practices, including the EDRM and The Sedona Conference publications.
Responsibilities:
Relativity Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in working with Relativity eDiscovery Software. Manage eDiscovery software activities, including loading, processing, review, analytics, and productions.
EDRM Model Understanding: Apply a solid understanding of the EDRM model to effectively contribute to the eDiscovery process.
Data Intake and Analysis: Analyze data in preparation for loading and processing, compiling necessary reports. Convert, edit, format, and normalize data/load files as needed.
Search Development and Analytics: Assist in developing effective searches, referencing ESI Protocols and following Protective Orders. Implement data analytics in the firm’s eDiscovery tools.
Document Productions and Support: Assist with document productions, preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials. Provide end-user support and training for the firm’s eDiscovery tools.
Data Migration: Migrate data within, to, and from the firm’s eDiscovery tools.
Qualifications:
3+ years of eDiscovery software experience.
Proficiency in Relativity eDiscovery Software is essential.
Thorough understanding of the EDRM model and eDiscovery best practices.
Ability to import/export and convert data using various software packages.
Experience with electronic data collection, processing, and productions.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
