Job Summary: The EDI Supervisor will manange incoming EDI projects and support requests and will also perform normal supervisory duties for the team.
Salary Range: $89,267 to $99,186
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree In IT/Business/Engineering or combination of education and minimum 10 years' work experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role leading and managing a team
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Skilled Microsoft Office 365 user
- Strong understanding of EDI ANSI X12 AND EDIFACT processes, standards, and technologies
- Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Seeburger, JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage incoming EDI project requests and business as usual support activities. Evaluate the technical aspects of each project and assign tasks to qualified team members. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of EDI solutions
- Supervision: Perform normal supervisory duties, including team leadership, performance evaluations, and professional development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Solution Assessment and Improvement: Evaluate and assess existing EDI solutions, identifying areas of improvement. Implement enhancements to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of EDI processes
- ERP Replacement Activities: Assist in the information gathering process during ERP replacement activities. Facilitate the smooth transition of existing EDI partners to new systems
- Technical Knowledge; Demonstrate expertise in EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards. Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Seeburgher, JIRA, and Confluence. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements relevant to EDI
