My Dentist, located in Westminster, CO, is adding days to our doctor's schedule, and we are looking for a part-time EDDA/Dental Assistant to support him on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Our team strives to deliver excellent customer service, and we make providing top-notch patient care our #1 priority. We are looking for an outgoing people person who is self-motivated and enjoys working as a team.

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Welcome patients into the office
• Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist chairside
• Capture diagnostic radiographs
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Comfortable working with adult patients
• Comfortable with placing Fillings
• Comfortable taking Impressions
• Experience fabricating Temp Crowns

• 1+ years of chairside experience within the past two years is required
• Xray certification
• Invisalign experience
• EDDA certification is preferred
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• High school diploma; graduating from Dental Assistant school is preferred
• Additional certification or training is an asset
• Denticon experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish is also plus but is not required

Compensation details: 19-22 Hourly Wage
