EXPECTED HOURS/SHIFT: Full-Time (72 hours bi weekly), 7p-7a, every other weekend
- JOB SUMMARY
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse plans and implements nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department according to established policies and procedures while performing direct patient care for patients of all age groups and under a wide variety of circumstances.
- PREREQUISITES
- Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont
- Experience:
- At least one year of clinical experiece preferred
- Certifications Required:
- BLS, ACLS required, CEN or CPEN are highly encouraged. TNCC, ENPC, PALS required to obtain within one year of completing department orientation.
