Ecommerce Social Media Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a creative and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to join our team. The Remote Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all of our social media accounts and campaigns from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, content creation, and KOL outreach and engagement. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for platform ads management and executing marketing campaigns on various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies for all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and others as needed.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written content.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the industry to drive engagement and awareness of our brand.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends, opportunities, and potential issues, and develop proactive strategies to maximize positive impact and mitigate negative impact.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social media campaigns in support of product launches, events, and other initiatives.
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience in content creation, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
• Previous experience in Ecommerce marketing or social media management.
