Ecommerce Site Merchandiser

We are looking for an EcommerceSite Merchandiserto join our team at JONATHAN Y DESIGNS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our website, curate home décor arrangements and help elevate our customer’s web experience with best-in-class site capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics and website developers

· Maintain and optimize our e-commerce websites

· Upload and add new items to the Shopify platform and ensure contents are accurately displayed (such as product descriptions, details and image)

· Refresh products page weekly to maintain newness on website

· Partner with marketing team to ensure branding goals and visions are met

· Create compelling banners and landing pages for product and category launches

· Identify opportunities to increase sales and website conversion

· Analyze weekly and monthly sales performance by product and category using web analytics and working closely with cross-functional teams

· Maintain calendar to track product launches, site/UX updates, homepage refreshes, and sales/promotions

· Preserve the e-commerce roadmap; collaborate with development/SEO agency to plan and help execute site optimizations and implement best practices on website

· Coordinate and execute website email marketing strategy to our customer listings

Qualifications

· Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience with 1-3 years of ecommerce experience

· Proficiency with Shopify and Google Analytics experience is required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups and Pivot tables)

· Experience with Klaviyo helpful

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
