Ecommerce Sales Associate

F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Ecommerce Sales Associate for its Londonderry, NH location.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with account holders.
• Identifying potential account holders through a variety of investigations.
• Driving outreach to account holders and potential account holders through follow-up calls, emails, or other communication channels.
• Keeping accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellence in customer service.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts and optimize the sales process.
• Efficiently managing your time to maximize the number of calls and interactions with potential customers during working hours.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Must possess a high level of customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
