Athletic Brewing is seeking an eCommerce Retention Marketing Intern to help further grow and develop our email marketing strategy and other marketing channels. In this role, the intern will collaborate with a highly talented marketing team and multi-disciplinary creatives. They will be responsible for the hands-on execution of key lifecycle marketing channels including email, SMS, app notifications. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, motivated, and able to think and execute creatively.
This is a paid internship position that will provide valuable experience and opportunities for professional growth in the marketing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
• Hands-on daily assistance with our Email marketing channel, inclusive of building, QAing, launching campaigns, and automated flows for US and all international markets.
• Partner with Retention Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to develop and run channel-specific tests and report on results.
• Hands-on daily assistance with SMS, App, and other lifecycle programs.
• Write creative briefs and partner with the creative team to generate revenue-driving assets.
• Assist with cohort analyses, including tracking retention KPIs (LTV, RPR, etc), segmentation, and automations of cross-channel communications. Create and test audience segments, lists, and workflows.
• Regular insights monitoring, analysis, and presentation of reports to understand email, sms, and app notification channel performance and inform actionable strategies.
• Partner with digital and marketing teams to identify and execute email subscription list growth opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis as part of the campaign planning process.

• Duration: Internship runs June - August
• Min of 25 hours per week
