TheOrder Fulfillment Associate is part of our Ecommerce | Fulfillment team & is responsible for the review & entry of customer received orders. This includes but is not limited to reviewing & keying orders received via automated methods & those received via email along with reviewing Order Fulfillment related reports. The position requires a detailed level of attentiveness to ensure orders are handled properly & provide customer support as needed related to orders.

Preferred Experience:

• Education/Certification(s): Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry and customer service

Job Duties for an eCommerce Order Fulfilment Associate:

• Perform data entry with an attention to detail
• Field customer calls and emails to provide information
• Maintain an organized work-space with multi-tasking capability
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
