Our eCommerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall e-commerce experience.
Salary range: $56K to $66K, commensurate with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and personalized communication to segmented audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance the online shopping experience, ensuring seamless navigation and conversion optimization.
- Analyze customer behavior and implement strategies to improve website usability and overall customer satisfaction.
- Optimize product listings and website content for search engines.
- Assist in managing paid search campaigns to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and customer trends.
- Collaborate with product management, creative marketing, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce.
- General computer skills with Windows, email, and internet.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Big Commerce) and Content Management Systems (HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of social media, email marketing tools, and SEO / SEM principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and do not now, and will not in the future, require sponsorship for employment visa status to work for our company.
