We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Brand Management Intern. You'll be instrumental in supporting our QA, product building, marketing, and merchandising efforts, playing a key role in ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Product Management:
- Assist with product builds by ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Manage sample inventory and organization
- Track and manage blank inventory used for various products.
- Content Management:
- Update product pages with accurate and enticing descriptions, highlighting key features and qualities.
- Curate and manage user-generated content (UGC) and shoppable videos on the platform.
- Ensure proper image rights are secured for all content.
- Tag and upload videos efficiently into the content management system.
- Quality Assurance:
- Support e-commerce QA processes by building comprehensive launch checklists and conducting audits on the live site and back end
- Help maintain data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Create trend reports on the eCommerce & marketing landscape
- Manage the marketing calendar & ideate on new campaigns
- Generate ideas and maintain social commerce channels for increased engagement
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist lifecycle marketing with building out segments for email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Collaborate on SMS list growth initiatives and social media giveaways.

Pay Rate: $16/hr
