eCommerce Assistant - Vienna Beef, Ltd.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work will be split between our two locations- 1000 W. Pershing Road., Chicago, IL 60609

Responsible for:

eCommerce - Fulfilling daily online orders received from various sources (Vienna Beef web store, Amazon, and Walmart).

• Pulls and packs orders and delivers to staging area for loading
• Operates a forklift to transport parts in and about warehouse
• Ensures trucks are loaded according to the delivery schedule and performs a final check
• Keeps shelves stocked with product for efficient order fulfillment
• Coordinates with shipping manager to ensure commercial/retail orders are labeled and shipped
• Performs quality (assurance) checks for broken or damaged product and disposes said product accordingly
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of assigned work areas
• Complies with established company policies and procedures
• Manage (online) inventory and stock product to maintain sufficient inventory
• Ensure products are shipped in a timely manner with the proper labels/paperwork
• Familiarity with using a computer (dashboards, Excel) is a plus
• Assumes other duties as assigned

*Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently. Daily physical labor expected.
