Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an Echo Technician who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As an Echo Tech, you will:
•Prepares for examinations by checking equipment and inventorying and restocking supplies
•Answering patient questions about examination
•Prepares patients by positioning patient; attaching electrodes to chest and equipment; and adjusting equipment controls
•Records examination information by printing graphics and data
•Protects patients by adhering to safety policies and protocols
•Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
•Recognize abnormal EKG patterns and alert physicians and appropriate staff as needed
Qualifications Include:
•High School Diploma or GED required
•Graduate of an accredited cardiac ultrasound program preferred
1 year scanning experience preferred
RDMS certification within one year of hire preferred
Work Schedule:
Per diem day shift

Tobacco and Drug Statement

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing.
