Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Enterprise Business Digital Transformation Manager. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Senior Vice President (SVP), EBDT, and the Executive Leadership team to drive integrated plans and strategies aimed at advancing the corporation's goals for Enterprise Business Digital Transformation. Additionally, you will oversee Technical Assistants within Enterprise Business Transformation, providing guidance and direction to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and address the needs of the SVP, identifying opportunities for collaboration and integration both internally and externally.
  • Develop key communications in partnership with Corporate Communications to support the SVP's initiatives.
  • Establish business rhythms for EBDT meetings and define key focus areas.
  • Advise and collaborate with key stakeholders on SVP requests and deliverables.
  • Draft materials for CEO, COO, and Board of Director engagements, ensuring alignment with corporate direction.
  • Plan, execute, and manage EBDT-wide operational activities.
  • Oversee the management and coordination of operational business initiatives and rhythms.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the EBDT SVP on project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, including executives, partners, and support staff, to track and communicate high-priority initiatives, identifying obstacles and developing solutions to ensure project success.
  • Improve and coordinate internal organization processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Prioritize critical issues and facilitate effective decision-making by collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage major operational goals to support broad functional objectives.
  • Apply project management skills to connect and manage operational project teams, evaluating opportunities and determining fit with priorities, and take a leadership role on projects for the SVP.
  • Travel required, approximately 30%.

  • Proficient understanding of IT concepts and experience working on innovation and/or transformation projects.

  • Track record of collaborating with senior executives and effectively managing internal and external customer demands.

  • Experience presenting at senior leadership levels and engaging with external customers.

  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and objectives within tight deadlines, prioritizing effectively to deliver superior results.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:


The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $180,000 - $300,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
