Job Description:
We're a very young small start up company, the owner brought it over to the US back in 2018. We've grown tremendously in the past year and anticipate exponential growth in 2023. We currently have two Key Account Managers, we're seeking one to oversee our South Eastern U.S Clients.
Our company is turning current clients into business owners of Galleries/Showrooms who sell only our product. Your job will be ensuring the launching and maintenance of these top accounts along with our sales representatives, ensuring clients needs are met. Making sure present and future orders are seen through from quote to delivery. It's a position with a lot of responsibility and room for growth since we are a newer company.
Responsibilities:
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients. Handle claims and replacements
Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
Manage order processing from office to warehouse
Traveling is required 3-4 times a year.
