Early Morning Stock Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for loading and unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory control. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our store.

Duties:
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves with products according to established guidelines
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
- Pick product for online orders that will be packed and sent out
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and locating products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Skills:
- Ability to load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of produce handling and storage practices is a plus
- Proficient in operating a cash register for sales transactions
- Strong inventory control skills to ensure accurate stock levels
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
