Position Objective: To help airline passengers whom require / request assistance whilst providing exceptional customer service
General Qualifications:
- 18 and over
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Eligible to pass FBI clearance background check
- Must work from 4am-8am
- Must Work Weekends.

Passenger AssistantDuties, Knowledge and Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Assist customers in and out of wheelchairs (as needed)
- Responsible for safely transporting passengers throughout airport locations (as requested)
- Provide passengers with general information or directions
- Offer exceptional customer service when interacting with passengers, staff, or general public
- Coordinate with dispatch and airport gate agents for assignments or information regarding airline passengers whom require a Passenger Assistant
- Comply with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint screening requirements and processes
- Complete incident reports for accidents and out of the ordinary events occurring when assisting or transporting passengers
- Update and maintain wheelchair logs to track trips
- Perform other duties as required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, carry / hold 75 pounds or more
- Must be able to lift, squat, stoop, push, stand / bend frequently throughout the course of a shift
