EXECUTIVE CORPORATE SITTER
Hampton Roads/Virgina Beach (surrounding cities)
(30 – 40 Hours)
Position Description: (Backup Caregiver On-Call)
Mondays –Fridays Between 3am – 12pm
*This is a Professional Position*
Starting Rate: $20 - $22 per hourSIGNING BONUS: $300
Additional Monthly Bonus Pay: $25 per pay period

**This is an On-Call position (Only) – Most Sitters receive work 5 days each week
**Care takes place in various family homes when requested**
We are looking for (1) amazing Executive Corporate Nanny/Sitter for our Backup Care division EARLY MORNING shift.
AMP caregivers are an elite team of amazing professionally trained nannies and babysitters who service families who live in the Hampton Roads and surrounding cities or in the Virginia Beach and surrounding cities. Our caregivers maintain consistency by choosing to work in our other corporate entities we service. Among these entities are:
o Daycares
o Private Schools
o Hotels/Conference Centers
o Churches
Our nannies/babysitters work Mon – Fri, 3am – 12pm shifts as well as 8am-6pm shifts and are in a “Standby” status on the days of their availability. We also offer evenings & weekends 4 – 8-hour shifts. Our Executive Nanny provides a consistent availability of 5 weekdays per week except for major holidays. You won’t have to give us availability on holidays but can work on those days if you choose at the prevailing holiday pay rate.
Care takes place in the homes of various families who have a backup childcare benefit from their employer. We provide our nanny/babysitters with training in professionalism & how to implement engaging activities for children of all ages.
If you love playing with, caring for & helping to guide & shape children’s development, and can take last minute assignments, then this is the job for you! You will be responsible for caring for & creating an exciting day for children.
***CPR & 1st Aid Training available if needed***
**Work is not guaranteed every day**

Requirements
Job Qualifications and Requirements
● Must have at least 1-2 years of childcare experience & be at least 18 years old
● Infant thru school age experience required
● A minimum of 1-2 amazing references or letters of recommendations
● Must be super responsible and reliable
● Must be willing to travel at least 45 minutes – 1 hour one way
● Able to care for up to 3 children at one time & be Pet Friendly (both cats & dogs)
● Must be willing to care for non-contagious sick children (without fevers)
● Proficient in the English language
● Must drive own insured vehicle/and have valid Driver’s License
● CPR and First Aid Certified or Willing to Become Certified
● Attends Mandatory Trainings and Workshops
**This is an On-Call position (Only) although there is the potential to work 40 hours per week
