Job description

Class A CDL Driver for electrical distribution business. Tractor/Box truck/delivery experience needed. Fork lift experience. Full time job with benefits. Must have excellent driving/safety record.

Location: Charlotte, NC. (Near the airport)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience. Must have Class A CDL license, excellent driving record/background and reliable.

Could be driving box truck, delivery van, flatbed or possible tractor when needed.

Hours are approximately 4am-1pm Monday-Friday depending on route. Flexibility is important.

You could be headed to Columbia/Charleston, Wilmington, or Greensboro/Durham. Or even local routes that day.

We are looking for a highly motivated CDL Driver to join our growing team! The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering product to our customers, other branches and making sure the product is properly packaged and ready to be shipped.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks with attention to detail and will play a key role in the overall delivery process. This person will be comfortable working with little supervision and will enjoy a fast-paced environment with a variety of challenges and opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to lift, bend, squat and kneel continuously for long periods of time.
• Must have good hand eye coordination.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and valid Class A CDL.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• This position requires travel to various locations but you return to Charlotte after each shift.
