SalaryCrosspoint Human Services is seeking full time Kitchen Aide for our DCFS licensed, Council on Accreditation accredited Early Learning Center. The Kitchen Aide is responsible for Maintaining the requirements for certificate in Food Service and sanitation. This person will make purchasing decisions in order to meet the ISBE food guidelines. They will manage child/adult food counts and order food daily. The aide keeps the kitchen area and all equipment cleaned and sanitized, puts dishes in the dishwasher, and monitors food in the refrigerator for freshness and cleanliness.
Requirements:
1. The position requires a high school diploma/GED.
2. Certificate in Food Service Sanitation
3. One year of experience in childcare is preferred.
