Early Childhood Teacher

Responsibilities:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

- Assess the individual needs of each child and tailor instruction accordingly

- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom environment

- Incorporate literacy education into daily activities and lessons

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment

- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in Early Childhood education

Experience:

- Previous experience working in an Early Childhood setting (preferred)

- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
