This position requires a success driven person that will be responsible for improving the overall performance of staff by establishing coaching partnerships with classroom teams or Home Visitors that promote Early Childhood best practices, curriculum implementation and effective teacher-child interactions. Success in this position will be directly measured by the achievement of overall classroom or home visit performance increases. Responsible for tracking, monitoring and securing training/technical assistance, resources and materials for staff in order to increase job skills. Must be organized, able to maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines. Position is full time.
BA degree in Early Childhood or related field and two (2) years related experience in an Early Childhood setting.
Pay: $23.57 IPERS .
