Salary### Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care. Your role will involve engaging children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their social and educational development.
### Duties:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children of various ages
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
- Create a safe and secure environment for children
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure their safety at all times
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Change diapers and assist with toilet training
- Collaborate with parents to understand and meet the individual needs of each child
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Follow established policies and procedures for child supervision, health, and safety
### Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and nurturing environment for children
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when dealing with children's emotions or challenging behaviors
