Job Responsibilities
Serves as an Adjunct Instructor for the Early Care and Education Program.
Classes taught can and may include:
- Introduction to Early Childhood Education
- Growth and Development, Language Arts
- Creative Experiences, Health, Safety
- Nutrition, Education, School-Age
- Youth Development
- Other education coursework
The schedule includes day and/or evening classes, face-to-face, online, hybrid, or SOM (Synchronous Online Learning). Course location may include: Thornley, Palmer, Mt. Pleasant, or Dorchester Campus during the Fall, Spring, and Summer Semesters.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
This position requires a master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a master's degree in a closely related field with a minimum of 18 credit hours in Early Childhood Education.
