Description of Work
Provide clinical mental health assessment and short-term counseling, addiction assessment and intervention, referral, follow-up and case management services to University of Nebraska-Lincoln employees and their immediate family members. Provide management consultation, mediation, trauma response, work group interventions and behavioral health training programs to UNL departments, supervisors and administrators. Provide programming and consultation to UNL in such areas as conflict resolution, change management, and other relevant needs. Maintain clinical records. Develop and maintain contacts with resource providers. Irregular hours may be required during emergencies.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field plus two years of clinical experience post licensure and one year of EAP clinical experience or equivalent experience in a university clinical setting. Must have experience developing, presenting and evaluating training programs. Proficiency with presentation, email and word processing software necessary. Nebraska licensure or currently eligible for licensure as a mental health professional required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a team-oriented environment desirable. Certified Employee Assistance Professional designation preferred.
