We are proud to have received the Diversity Lab's Mansfield Rule 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0 Certification Plus, which recognizes our efforts to increase the representation of diverse lawyers in leadership positions through various initiatives, including considering a diverse pool of candidates for attorney positions. To meet the requirements of the program, we voluntarily gather data on race/ethnicity, veteran status, and LGBTQ+ status for Mansfield Rule reporting purposes. However, providing this information is entirely voluntary and will not affect your candidacy. The Mansfield Rule requires that at least 30% of attorneys considered for leadership roles, promotions, client pitches, and senior lateral positions are from underrepresented groups, including attorneys of color, LGBTQ+ lawyers, women lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities. The "Mansfield Plus" certification demonstrates that we also ensured that 30% of the lawyers staffed on matters resulting from formal pitch meetings were from historically underrepresented groups, in addition to meeting the requirement that these groups make up 30% of firm leadership roles.
