Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a Counter Helper/Ecommerce Sales for our Concrete Supply Business. In this role, you will assist customers with their orders and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive experience for our all of our clients, maintain the e-commerce part of our website/sales, assist with inventory control, and other retail/office help.
Duties:
- Greet customers as they approach the counter and provide them with the best customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Prepare customer orders. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ensure all orders are correct for contractors and customers.
- Handle cash transactions and provide customers with accurate change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and inventory stock.
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage the ecommerce site, sales, and emails.
Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Computer Skills: Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks Online, E-commerce/Website.
- Time management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Retail/Customer Service experience: Familiarity with customer relations operations and procedures.
- Basic math: Proficiency in basic math calculations for cash handling.
- POS experience: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for order processing.
- Organizing Skills: Must be organized and clean.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
