We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Representative to join our Sales & Customer Service Team. In this role, you play a crucial role in driving sales through the e-commerce platform. This position will be the primary point of contact for our e-commerce customers, assisting them with transition from the traditional ordering platform to the e-commerce platform, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This will be accomplished in a work environment of mutual trust, respect, on-going learning, and open and honest communications. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with others within and outside of the Sales & Customer Service Department.

E-Commerce Representative Job Description:

• Embrace the dynamic nature of an e-commerce start-up environment and be adaptable to evolving responsibilities.
• Process and track customer e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Stay informed about our product offerings and updates to effectively assist customers.
• Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with the supply chain, operations, and warehouse teams to address any order-related issues.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, promotions, and any relevant updates.
• Improve the e-commerce customer experience to create engaged customers and facilitate growth.
• Monitor customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Recommend and actively lead continuous improvement programs designed to improve e-commerce performance.
• Understands, encourages, and demonstrates a firm commitment to Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement in all aspects of work.
• Maintain positive working relationships and daily contact with managers, supervisors, and team members. Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and operation departments.

E-Commerce Representative Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field, preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in order fulfillment, processing or customer service-oriented background, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experienced with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Experience with transitioning customers from a traditional customer service mode to an e-commerce platform is a HUGE plus.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp product details and operational processes.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, be technically capable, organized, results oriented, detail oriented, and have advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must be a team player with the ability to maintain a collaborative and respectful attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and ERP experience. Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
