E-COMMERCE SALES SPECIALIST

(as we work with clients globally, any of the languages on an "excellent" level is a must: German, Italian, English)

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4A

Hybrid working:3 days from the office, 2 days from home

Your mission is to sell. It's not about the fancy naming and sophisticated processes - it is about if you can get the trust of a client and close a deal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advising and supporting customers during the trial;
• Upgrading customers from a free trial period to paid packages;
• Cross-selling customers on other products;
• Correctly tracking actions within Salesforce or other reporting documents as directed by team leaders;
• Providing occasional support at events where the company is in attendance.

MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of sales experience (preferably within e-commerce).
• Full professional proficiency in German language.
• Understanding that effective selling requires frequent communication with clients (via any channel).
• Strong sales skills.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with prospective clients.
• Negotiation skills or a willingness to obtain them.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Outreach is a significant advantage.
• E-commerce experience is advantageous.
• SaaS experience is also welcome.
