We are a dynamic, industry-leading manufacturing company headquartered in Huntington Beach, CA dedicated to providing top-quality products and services to our customers for the past 40 years. We are seeking a tech-savvy, resourceful, and highly motivated individual with excellent organizational and analytical skills to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of Amazon & Shopify retail platforms, digital marketing, SEO and performance metrics, as well as the ability to manage strong online sales growth and development of various e-commerce channels under tight deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work with the eCommerce Manager and Customer Support team to ensure the overall success of business on Amazon, Shopify, and other online eCommerce platforms
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO optimization
- Perform eCommerce operations and sales-related tasks on online marketplaces and website; support marketing and promotional efforts for marketplace growth
- Maintain online product “health”: Ensure product pricing and listings are optimized, watch the competitive landscape for similar products, inventory monitoring and management
- Effectively collaborate with other internal departments to provide customers with the best possible online experience
- Assist with the implementation of loyalty and product/brand review programs and monitor customer concerns
- Proactively maintain and engage with current and prospective customers across all social media platforms
- Manage KPI reports, ROI analysis with the ability to deliver insights and action plans for improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Proven experience utilizing SEO, selling products on Amazon and other online marketplaces, Graphic Design, coding HTML/SQL, writing ad and product copy preferred
- Exceptional organizational, written, verbal, customer service and time management skills a MUST!
- User functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, and independently manage workflow and responsibilities while working in a team setting

- Strong working knowledge of SAGE Database Software (ERP/CRM); MS Excel, Word, and Outlook software; EDI/Merchants; CommerceHub; PowerPoint, Google Drive, and various other programs related to the manufacturing industry; ability to adapt to program or software updates and changes

- This is a full-time, on-site position. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm.
