E-COMMERCE REPRESENTATIVE – OFF ROAD PLACE
INTRO
Off Road Place is seeking a qualified candidate with a background or strong in ecommerce and aftermarket accessories. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries/sales about our products and brand.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process all e-comm orders as they come in and take payments
- Database Maintenance
- Research and analyze data to ID captive audiences
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customers phone and email inquiries
- Deal with backorders
- Be primary contact for customer inquiries about our product and brand
- Assist customers with after-sale service issues
- Various task assigned by manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Ecommerce background is a plus
- Must be sales oriented
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
- Proactive personality and self-motivator
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
- Proven to be organized
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
