Product Manager

Summary
Raymour and Flanigan is currently looking for a strong individual to fulfill the role of Ecommerce Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong interests and capabilities in using both quantitative and qualitative inputs to optimize the performance of the website and contribute to creating a best in class omni-channel experience.

We are looking for a Product Manager to direct product development within the Ecom Business Unit to ensure high return on investment (ROI.) You'll translate ideas into strategy and features and collaborate with IT product development from start to finish. Additionally, the will use VoC (Voice of Customer) data to provide insights to the UX design team for further optimization of the customer experience.

The Product Manager will own and guide the ongoing enhancement of Onsite Search, Navigation and Product Recommendations setting the standards for best practices and optimizing the utilization of the Episerver technology stack.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Uses analytics to monitor product KPIs and ensure success metrics are being met, identifies opportunities for testing and product enhancements based on results
• Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
• Develop and facilitate the implementation product strategies consistent with company vision.
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Build and leverage solid working relationships across cross-functional teams including, but not limited to IT, Marketing, UX and Ecommerce store leaders.
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end user.
• Promote team's creative culture by sharing ideas, trends and other topics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile framework
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Problem solving/analysis. Problem solver can resolve issues and able to adapt quickly to process changes.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience and Education

• 5 + years of experience in an Ecommerce related role
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications/Experience

• Experience in a variety of research methodologies such as usability testing, funnel analysis, and competitive research
• Experience in data visualization analysis tools such as Tableau
• Experience with Episerver implementation
• Understanding of information architecture
• Understanding of A/B and Multivariate testing methodologies
• Familiarity with Tableau
