Job description

Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist. This person will work either in our corporate West Chester headquarters or remotely, depending on their current location.

As the Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our presence and performance across various online marketplaces. This role will report to the Ecommerce Marketplace Manager.

Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our presence on major ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc. Ensure product listings are accurate updated, and adhere to marketplace guidelines and policies.
  • Manage the centralized EDI ecommerce order and inventory management application (EVP).
  • Monitor order errors, order cancellations, sales channel listings and inventory publishing. Monitor the order reconciliation process between EVP and Lasko's ERP (QAD), correct errors, and work with IT to develop processes to eliminate errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service to optimize product listings and ensure accurate and up to date product information, including pricing, specifications, and availability.
  • Create and manage Amazon shipping plans and Walmart inbound orders to optimize FBA and WFS inventory and support marketplace sales.
  • Work with ecommerce sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, improve conversion rates and increase traffic to our ecommerce marketplace sales channels.
  • Implement pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions across all ecommerce marketplace sales channels.
  • Monitor overall ecommerce marketplace sales channel performance, including on time delivery, refund, and cancellation rates. Recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on all ecommerce marketplace sales channels, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively manage case logs and create and resolve support tickets on Amazon & Walmart ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, best practices, and product development opportunities.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in ecommerce marketplace management, preferably in a similar role within the consumer goods industry.
  • 2+ years' experience in e-commerce with a focus on marketplace management
  • Essential experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central and/ or Walmart Seller Center
  • Experience with order and inventory management applications such as EDI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with project management applications, such as Smartsheet is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, including but not limited to Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento

The pay range for this position is:

Remote Pay Range

$70,000—$80,000 USD
